Continuing from TTRM's review regarding the last bottle

1: On the ship near the gunpowder. (Where you aim the canon at). The bunny on the barrel will reveal it by jumping off.
2: In the cave with the spider. Before exiting, after climbing the plant, look in the bottom left corner with your light.
3: Behind the left of the two statues you move into the circles to open the door.
4: On the wall in the temple.
5: While going into the water to open the gate the last bottle is inside the oxygen bar at the bottom left hand corner.
